Steve Lenzmeier was first introduced to me in September of 1984. At that time, he was beginning his career in the construction industry and served as the trim carpenter for our home. However, after a short period of time, it was obvious to me that Steve’s knowledge of the building process, as well as his attention to detail and incredible work ethic far surpassed that of the supervisor who had been hired to oversee the building. I requested that Steve be hired to replace the supervisor. That request proved to be one of the best decisions I could have made.
Fortunately, in the subsequent years, Steve went on to get his contractor’s license. I have had the opportunity to recommend Steve to many people.
Each time, my first comment is, “how many people continue to have contact with their builder after their home is complete?” Not only do his clients have contact with Steve, they count him as one of their friends.
Building is an exciting, and arduous process. It is critical for the client to feel that their contractor is knowledgeable, ethical, and sensitive to their needs. Whereas I have known a few other builders, I have never passed a recommendation along on their behalf. None have exhibited the qualities that Steve possesses.
Over the past 23 years, I have had the opportunity to know many people for whom Steve has built or remodeled homes. In all of those years, I can honestly say that the only comments that I have ever heard have been extremely positive.
When Steve Lenzmeier is in charge of the project, you absolutely know that you need not worry. He will not accept anything less than the best results. He only hires those who will deliver the best.
Steve Lenzmeier is a pleasure to do business with, a pleasure to know, and a pleasure to recommend.
