When we signed the contract with LCI Builders LLC to build our house in Fountain Hills, Steve said he was honored that we had chosen LCI Builders LLC. Now that it is built, I must say that we are honored that he chose to build it.
This house was a challenge to build. Steel framing, undulating roof lines, unusual windows, I could go on and on. There were so many subs with many different temperaments. Steve handled them all with aplomb. He picked talented people, and he demanded their best.
Now that we are living in our home, Steve has not abandoned us. There are still things to tend to, and he is always on top of it. Sometimes, he sees things that still need attention that we have not noticed.
I also must mention the work crew of LCI Builders LLC. They are professional, courteous, efficient and clean. Ron, the crew chief will walk through this house and come up with a list of items that still need attention. He, too, sees things we have not noticed, and we appreciate that so much.
Would we consider LCI Builders LLC to build another home for us? Absolutely!!
