Steve Lenzmeier - President

Steve Lenzmeier has been in the building business for nearly 30 years. Soon after seeing the fruits of his labor come to fruition Steve realized that he was destined to be a carpenter. Four years after working hand in hand with Leo Rabideaux (his boss, mentor, and inspiration) in North Dakota and Minnesota he moved along with his wife Debbie to Tempe, AZ. Steve continued to hone his skills, eventually becoming a master carpenter, while supervising remodeling projects and custom homes for other builders before obtaining a license in 1984. He engaged in fine finish carpentry and remodeling and then in 1991 secured a general contractors license were he continued to remodel and venture into building luxury custom homes and light commercial construction. With the Exacting Eye of a finish carpenter Steve personally supervises each and every project. He considers each project a unique experience and accomplishment and is especially proud of completing a one of a kind steel constructed home worth nearly $7 million dollars in Fountain Hills. He has recently become a member of the Las Sendas Architectural Committee.

Steve and Debbie, his wife of 30 years, have 3 lovely daughters, Amanda, a senior at Xavier College Preparatory High School, Emily a nursing student at the University of Arizona, and Sarah an X-ray technician and ultrasound student at Gateway Community College.

Steve has formed a recent fondness to boating after retiring from amateur formula car racing with the Sports Car Club of America, his passion since 1991, where he also served as a board member. He believes his teamwork and competitive experience has enabled him an edge in the building industry. He enjoys fishing whether they are biting or not.
